Standard support is provided for 30 days after project delivery. Extended maintenance plans are available for ongoing support, updates, and enhancements. Emergency support is prioritized for Professional Plan clients.
While we operate on a payment-upon-delivery model, project termination terms are defined in individual contracts. For projects with milestone payments, refunds for incomplete work will be addressed on a case-by-case basis, always prioritizing fair treatment of our clients.
